For much of my life, I moved through relationships and experiences that left me disconnected from my own body. Over-giving, holding, abuse and survival. I learned how to be strong. I learned how to endure. But I hadn’t yet learned how to fully inhabit myself.

The birth of my son changed that. Something ancient and unwavering awakened in me. I realised that remembering my wholeness wasn’t optional, it was essential. Not only for me, but for the way I would love, lead, and raise the next generation.
​
I have wandered. I have rebuilt. I have faced collapse and rediscovered clarity. And every time, I was brought back to the same truth:
Nothing is broken, nothing needs fixing. We simply forget.
​
Today, I guide others back to their own sovereignty, not through fixing or forcing, but through creating spaces where the body feels safe enough to soften, truth can rise, and life force can return.

Sacred Intimacy Secrets is the living expression of this work. It is not a formula. It is a relational, intuitive container where you meet yourself honestly and reclaim what has always been yours.

I am a co founder of The Heart, a grounded, intentional space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, their integrity, and their vitality. A space where performance drops away and authenticity becomes safe.

This work is about remembrance. It is about containment. It is about coming home to yourself.

Fridays with Tamara. Feels like this should be a book title. Only trouble with that idea is that I don’t think I will ever find the words to fully articulate what this coaching journey has meant to me.
