A flexible private space for workshops, classes, coaching, circles, wellness sessions and small gatherings. Book by the hour when you need a beautiful, practical space without committing to a full day. Suitable For: - Workshops and training - Yoga and movement - Meditation and wellness sessions - Circles and group discussions - Creative sessions Small gatherings Included: - Private Studio use - Standard furniture - Tea and coffee facilities - Kitchenette access - On-site parking Excluded: Catering, Specialised equipment, Additional setup requirements, Dedicated garden hire Please note: Setup, pack-down and cleaning must take place within your booked time.

Booking & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before arrival. A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received. Booking Time: Your booked time includes arrival, setup, pack-down and cleaning. Please vacate the space promptly at the end of your booking. Additional time is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Use of the Space: The space must be used only for the purpose stated at booking. Please provide accurate guest numbers and advise us of any special requirements in advance. Garden & Patio: Garden and patio access is subject to the space and package booked. Outdoor use must be agreed in advance. Catering & Equipment: Catering, additional equipment and special setup requirements are not included unless specifically agreed in advance. Care of the Space: Please leave the space clean, tidy and in the condition in which you found it. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the booking. Cancellation: Cancellation and refund arrangements are subject to the booking terms provided with your invoice. Any outstanding balance remains payable according to the agreed payment terms. After-Hours & Weekend Bookings: After-hours and weekend bookings require confirmation before the booking is finalised. Access times and special requirements must be agreed in advance.
